We love the WOLFs

Our friends...the Wolf family!  The Wolfs came to us from Switzerland for a sabbatical.  Kandi and I met Patrick in Sheffield, England last November when he asked if they could come stay with our community for six months in Phoenix, Arizona (the dream of most who have spent any time in Sheffield!).  Patrick, Damaris and their two girls, Noami and Jael, brought life, laughter, joy and wisdom of the Holy Spirit to us and we now send them back to Switzerland as they continue their journey of following Jesus.  We love the Wolfs and pray the Lord's blessing upon them as they go!

Kandi's 32nd Birthday!!!

We celebrated Kandi's 32nd Birthday with a dinner party in our newly furnished backyard.  We BBQd and enjoyed fine wine as we shared the wonderful impact Kandi has had on each of our lives.  Stories were exchanged, letters of affirmation were read, and laughter was enjoyed by all. We love our Kandi!

Backyard Update

Many of you have heard of some additions to our backyard (in progress), so I thought we'd throw up some pictures for you!  We found this furniture at a steal of a price from World Market.  This was an incredible gift as we were preparing for Kandi's Birthday dinner.

The Past Few Years...

I suddenly realized I hadn't blogged in 3 months... my apologies to those of you who care. The past few weeks I've been sorting through my photos and thought I would post some of them for your enjoyment.

This is Brody. We owned him for about a week. He was wonderful but suffered severely from Valley Fever so we had to return him to his shelter.
